Abstract
The poster presented at the Teaching Forum of the 2nd Business Model Conference illustrates the flipped classroom approach implemented in the course of "Advanced Strategic Management II" at the MSc in Business Administration, with major in Innovation Management at SUPSI-DEASS. The traditional approach consists that in class the lecturer explains the theoretical concepts from the book, and then at home the students alone have to perform difficult challenges, such as the practical exercises, but also to study again the theory. With the flipped classroom, students study the theory before coming in class, through videos, readings, etc. while in class, benefitting from the group dimension and the experience of the professor, they engage in practical activities, and the lecturer become a facilitator of the learning process.
