Abstract

Der Erhalt der Mobilität im Alter ist ein fundamentaler Aspekt, der ein dynamisches und selbständiges Leben ermöglicht und eng mit der Lebensqualität einer Person verknüpft ist. Durch den demografischen Wandel und die Alterung der Bevölkerung hat das Interesse nach Strategien zur Maximierung der Selbständigkeit und Mobilität sehr stark zugenommen. ALMA1 ist ein europäisches Forschungsprojekt im Rahmen des Ambient Assisted Living Joint Program (AAL JP2).
