The soundscape can rise to a didactic environment for the perceptual, cognitive and expressive enhancement, also supporting inclusive educational practices. According to this theoretical-methodological orientation, some training experiences have been carried out in Canton Ticino (Switzerland) involving students of various ages and skill levels, among which a “sound orientation race” (an activity based on the practice of orienteering). However, the difference from the latter is that the control points are located thanks to sound clues, with or without the aid of a topographic map.
