Abstract

Research on teacher training and professional development indicates that some factors includingthe professional vision and teaching awareness can play an important role to become a “good tea-cher”. The study aims to investigate and analyze the professional vision as a teacher’s learningprocess, through some tools and through a progressive individual and collaborative data analysis.They participated in the project 30 experienced teachers. The attention has been focused on a pro-fessional development model supported by possible “cognitive development process”, recovered du-ring different phases of the research. Among the evidence are recovered: personal visions on tea-ching; the gap between the professional vision and, modification and the resistance of personalconvictions for teaching.
