The overall aim of this project is to transfer a innovative ICT training Model for further education. It focuses on technology-enabled care across settings, for caregivers in the home health care field. The Model offers a complete set of tools/methods aiming at sustaining organisations and training providers in their efforts to enhance competence building processes. Moreover it offers to end users (home health care professionals) a flexible workplace learning approach, which integrates (besides ICT skills) also the know-how to use relational and communication skills in an adequate manner.
